T.Q.C. is a series of nine abstract paintings documenting the psyche of the American public during the first wave of the nationwide stay-at-home order of the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic (painted 3/15/2020 -5/15/2020) . According to scientists, it is reported that most individuals will remember this moment in quarantine as a blur - these paintings exist as a reminder of the week-to-week (de)evolution of our psyches during this time...from normal to the new normal. While the 9, large scale mixed media murals will debut together as a single collection, they will also be minted into NFT’s so that individuals may own a piece of our consciousness during this time. While perceptions of these moments may have changed now as the pandemic still unfolds, the descriptions were created in the moment when much was still un-known about the virus and the situation at-large.

Made May 15th. Economies are opening up. However in los angeles the stay at home order is still in effect. No one really knows the right or wrong answer and we’re all playing a giant game of societal trial and error as we look to move back towards a sense of where we were. But regardless of it all, there is one consistency and that is yourself. Stay true to yourself and your values through these unique times. We’ve seen our lives and our entire identities change through this. However we are still here and we are still the same ….just different. No matter what never lose faith in yourself.
